I bought steam iron from store 17,2,2024, when I open found water inside packing I took item back to store first manager said its steam iron so very normal thing when I showed her she opened half packing her self but she refused to help me i told her i didn't use because its faulty i gave bach with same packing also I... read full comment

I ordered an item online and it said it is available for next day collection, so I went in the next day and they said the order is still being processed. A week later, what do you know, the order is still being "processed"! Really frustrating and waste of time. If the item is not available just mark it as out of stock.
