I am Mr S S haji I have an account more than 22 yrs last week I was in morocco and my card block for nothing and I call bank but they didn't open my account ?? I was homeless two weeks in morocco ?? Alhamdulillah I come back to Birmingham UK

Worst bank with customer service that has a “computer says no” attitude. Have an easy access savings account. Asking for a simple bank statement over 9 days into the month and they are so incompetent that they still haven’t generated last months statement. They say it can take 2 weeks!!!
