I have been using this shop for many years, the staff are always friendly and helpful, even when busy they take time to help you or talk to you, the shop is clean and well stocked, I have found many bargains, I donate a lot of items which they are grateful for. A lot cheaper and cleaner than other charity shops

Wonderful team of volunteers and two staff doing their best in the current climate. Low prices and a great cause to support with donations of decent clothes, bric-a-brac, blu-rays and so on. The money raised goes to support the vulnerable over 50's across Birmingham and Sandwell.

Rude, unhelpful and ignorant so called staff. They all seem to be volunteers with some kind of issues and bad attitudes towards others they cannot control even when working their shift in the charity shop. It's also been closed during the week for the last few weeks.
