We roast our coffee at around 200° Centigrade giving it a smooth taste, less bitterness and a very simple name for the company.
Located in the Victorian setting of the former Midland Hotel in Birmingham, our cafe retains many of its original period features, blending heritage and history with the relaxed, modern interior decoration that is distinctive to our stores. It's our first coffee shop to benefit from a split bar for rapid and convenient takeaway service.
