Fridges and freezers always empty. Staff behind the check out talk for ages to customers they know so people are waiting on a queue for ages waiting to pay for their items. Extremely slow service

We had visited the store at 5 PM as it’s usually open at this hour and it was apparently closed until 8PM with no indication that it was closed online, instead only a paper stuck on the door saying it would open at 8, made us waste fuel for no reason.
