Took a parcel in on 10/01/2024 to be sent back using UPS service. Parcel has gone missing shop owner told me they have given it to yodel driver offered no help in tracking the parcel. I would avoid using there click and collect service

This shop refused to take My parcel to collect causing me alot of hassle and stress fair to sat I won't rely on this lot again

Thay are not opened on time and not accepting my parcel I don't know if they are closed permanent
