I asked the lady if there was a cheaper way of sending a book rather than buy a pack of 5 envelopes. She said yes, we will supply envelope if you send it special delivery. Waiting time is always dreadful standing in the way of shoppers as it is a shared post office uselessly only one member of staff not the best either hate to complain but most people are but will not say anything we should by now have a stand alone post office with at least 2 staff
