The staff carry on the great corporate tradition of talking to each other or looking like post apocalypse lost souls that other big companies like asda and morrisons thrive on. There's always a long que whilst waiting to be served as there's usually only one behind the counter serving. But staff are polite and helpful.

Awful shop, half of the stuff gets removed from orders because they don't have it, most of the time I'm charged for something that is missing. I've been charged for orders that THEY cancelled and haven't had my money back. I'm disabled so I can't leave to get my groceries and their service is embarrassing.
