Pharmacists are highly professional. In 5 to 15 minutes you will get the meds if you have a prescription.The store (sale)staffs are rude. They would only greet white people, wouldn't respond to your greetings. They are not professional at all... no patience, no sympathy or empathy towards their customers who struggle with... read full comment

Excellent. Visited Tesco pharmacy and had a very poor experience. Decided to try Boots and could not have been treated better. Knowledgeable staff, very polite and keen to help. Thank you.
