Never have I met someone so rude. Jason the aparent manager should not be customer facing. I have been in the retail industry my whole life and never met someone as rude and disrespectful as him. Argos help yourself out and get rid of him before he ruins your company.

Used to use Argos quite a bit until they stopped you ordering things online and collecting in store with cash now they never have any stock unless you order beforehand which I can no longer do or you can order from the store but you have to come back a couple of hours later as they will not hold the item for you any longer... read full comment

Returned ring door bell as an unwanted gift. (30 day return policy) scruffy male employee on the desk refused the refund because the door bell had fingerprints on it. Absolute clown.
