Tragic shop for a bracelet what become black payed £40 and two weeks after went to ben as i used it wrong way, no money back, no credit not sorry..

Tried sorting four links which had twisted and locked get removed from two other jewelers, which they failed to do. Went to this warren James store to ask for help, the two ladies working were lovely & really helpful, mentioned they will try to get it fixed and to come back in a little while.
