Excellent! Will was great. Knowledgeable, helpful and gave great advice. He was in town a day earlier than my booking so had the sense to call and ask if I was in. Lock fixed, great service, job done a day early. He even realigned my door to give it a smoother close. Can't fault Timpsons or Will, thank you.
