This feedback is not for my Local Store Rugby, Its for the Head office Sales team,Ordered a Perfume to Click and Collect on 22nd of Dec as per their website to collect it before Christmas turned out to be a sham and on 24th till store closing time there is nothing for me. Recently bought a Membership to which I regret now....

Popped in on a whim , was served by rugby store manager he couldn't do more for us very polite and friendly, we ended up buying two new fragrances and he gave us some lovely free gifts , customer service is still a thing here .
