Coffee machine is never topped up with the syrups, some days you’re lucky to get a cup. Some mornings we are stood outside until 6.20 whilst they have their music blasting with the doors locked. Absolute ignorance .all I wanted was a sandwich for lunch staff were stacking shelves could not get into fridge for sandwich which was fine I thought just wait till lady as finished stacking shelves she saw me there waiting I asked politely excuse me could I just move sliding door slightly so I can grab the sandwich I wanted... read full comment

Customer service absolutely shocking. He was rude and certainly gave the impression he didn’t want to be there. I will now go to another shop until the staff are trained in customer service
