Ordered click and collect, got confirmation saying order ready. Went to store nothing in stock. Was then a faff to get the refund processed. So a pretty useless central stock system or at store level.

Went to pick up my click and collect order today, one part they brought out within 5 minutes. I waited for the second part but it wasn't brought out.
