A shining example of why branches are closing. The online process for my sons student account does not work so as instructed by the faq he went into the branch with proof of status. Branch did not even tey to help him, they just gave hima number to call. As he said, "I will just go to another bank it will be easier".

It's a bank, would like them to open later than 1pm on a Saturday.Also get rid of Ant and Dec
