Nick the postman went beyond the call of duty today and delivered my parcel to my first floor flat as the mailbox was too.small. It contained medicine which I really needed and he was so kind and helpful. Thank you Nick - you made my day!

Let me be clear on one thing! The staff are very friendly, but the working hours! It’s a joke. Whoever is responsible for this has evidently no clue about anything.Shame on You

So staff were friendly, but it was a bit disorganised. I had an email saying that there was an attempted delivery but no card after a few days then went to the sorting office. They hadn't got the parcel and didn't know where it was. Staff were friendly but couldn't help. Let down by the systems and there colleague not providing... read full comment
