This is the 2nd time I have use this sub PO - and this is the 2nd time I have received a very unwelcoming response and what I can only describe as a 'grunt' noise when I approached the window (no attempted smile or removal of scowl from face).This is also the last time I will use the PO facilities.I requested the Recorded...

Refused to accept my prepaid parcel without even scanning it. Told me i hadn't paid enough, then lied more than once about why. The teller eventually told me that something is wrong. Went to another PO who just accepted it as they should. Shocking customer service, just didn't want to accept my largeish parcel.

Visited last Saturday, took some parcels to send. Lovely lady in the post office served me, very efficient and polite. Will visit again. Many thanks.
