Although reasonably friendly, Absolutely no knowledge or help at all. I had a problem with a constantly running old Bristan classic tap. I went to these guys and told them the problem and showed them the photo of the tap, they told me that I would need a new cartridge and that washers don't exist for this tap anymore etc... read full comment
