Amazingly kind staff. Got back to Rugby late because of my bus, but needed a parcel from Next and was unable to get it the next day. The staff were super kind and made an exception to get my parcel for me. It was a really small act of kindness, but made my day.

The shop itself is very nice. I went in store today to buy cushions. I think I was the only customer shopping upstairs. There were two female staff working hard and one man in a black suit with an oriental appearance behind the counter. As I was the only customer I walked up to the counter and the man looked at me in disgust.... read full comment
