Been waiting 17 days for some tablets because they don't have them in stock and they refused to find out when they will be getting Totally useless and incompetent staff

Dr cauterized right nostril on Wed in Coventry & immediately prescribed cream to be picked up at St Cross hospital in Rugby & said it would be ready straight away. Waited until today (Thurs) pm.
