After few months, they do not work as should , very hard to hear me , I have 2 plantronics 5200 both same problem , no more halfords quality anymore

Slightly disappointing when I got to cashier till, the male member of staff gave the impression that he was taking his time and ignored me while he shuffled paper around, the previous customer had only asked a question and had not made a purchase to generate any paperwork!!

Halfords have some good products which are well recommended and the prices are fair with some good offers.
I have visited this store a few times though and there is little atmosphere. The few staff seem downhearted and unenthusiastic and product knowledge, in the specifics I was interested in, was poor and almost nonexistent....
