So far one of my worsttttttt experiences ever with delivery service provided by DHL driver always does not show up but instead failed attempts! They need to change their delivery man or else I can see where DHL is going on ! I’m still waiting for my parcel for past couple of days

Have ordered something on 21st December was at the delivery depot on 22nd and now its the 4th of January still havnt been delivered have spoke to someone on the contact number they told me i will have it today by 10.30 still no delivery and not single notification saying its on the way would give 0 stars if was possible... read full comment

Can park in Asda and go here - couple of minutes walk. Staff are not very friendly or very clear on delivery timeframes. But probably one of the main service points within Rugby for DHL.
