The advisor that I spoke with this morning was extremely pleasant, efficient and professional: ‘phoning back, for example, to explain how my account had been unfrozen etc, even though doing so was not strictly necessary: very good service.

Went in this morning to close an account (nothing to do with their service, just needing the wonga!) and I was served quickly and efficiently by a really cheerfull and upbeat member of the team. Really brightened my morning! Thanks!
