Tried to call to check if my prescription was ready, no answer on the phone. Went to the store, stood in the qué and saw 3 phone calls go unanswered. Told there was a 20 minute wait. How does it take 20min?!

Always left standing and not acknowledged at medicine counter. 20 mins tonight as if i was invisible. Shocking service. Coventry Ricoh branch far better
