I can't believe the incompetence of having your website saying that you are open, when you are still closed for refurbishment. I needed to visit a branch to discuss a bereavement and wasted time and energy at this difficult time. Not good enough.

Why haven't you made Provisions for your customers while you branch in Rugby is closed for four months. This is not good enough. Many customers may not be able to travel out of Rugby to the next branch.
