Went in on Saturday to pay money into my account using the machine inside and machine took my money and message appeared on machine saying money not deposited and unable to return I aske one of the staff to help and he was really rude saying not a lot I can do you should be contacted Monday and should get your money back... read full comment

Was told to wait until midnight for my address to be changed in the system so I could report a damaged card and have a new card sent to an updated address as was travelling. This is an urgent matter as cannot get cash. Waited until 1am and still no change. 2nd attempt to get a replacement card whilst travelling. Just terrible... read full comment
