I normally order my prescription about 10 days before I run out. Always used to be ready in collection. Now they tell me that even though my prescription has been sent to them I them haveto ring them or queue for half an hour to tell me that now I have come to collect it it will be ready in an hour. Not open over lunch, despite their claimed hours.Even closing before the time their sign (that they put on the counter) says they close.Not worth the effort of getting into Asda…
