Unhelpful woman, I had a complaint about the Co-op in Earlsdon, and she told me I needed to speak with the manager of the store, she couldn't wait to get me off the phone, very unprofessional.

Supermarket of the people? I don't think so! Store managers have no authority; ring H.O. and you are not allowed to speak to any one of authority. I tried today and the receptionist was rude and told me they couldn't speak to me because they're busy working??? Aren't I part of their job. Simple query, so can't answer it:... read full comment
