First floor looks a bit empty, very wide spaces between book shelves. Why not put reading areas, chairs tables or bean bags?

It has InPost collection centre, DHL parcel options within it.I found the prices to be slightly higher. But it does offer a lot of greeting cards and stationary options.The upper floor has books on offer.

Wow! How WHSmith has gone downhill! Three young women at the tills chatting - unable to give us any assistance and a further member of staff also having a long personal conversation at the back of the shop.No "can I help you?" or "let me show you" - decided to go to the local newsagents where we were greeted with a smile... read full comment
