Spent 20min waiting to be severed whilst the staff were moaning that some one is complaining about themI actually understand why people have complained. No service . No trained staffed

Rude unhelpful staff. Told them I was looking to buy trainers for my boyfriend, so wanted to buy multiple pairs in different sizes in case they didn't fit. No one bothered to tell me they don't accept returns. The next day I went to return 3 pairs only to find out they don't do refunds, only credit notes. What on earth... read full comment

How does a store not have someone at the till? Second time this has happened and leaves multiple customers waiting at the till with no one there
