Had a good experience in store today.
I was interested in an Air Fryer. It had cosmetic damage as it was a display item. The manager very kindly gave me a 50% discount!
Super chuffed with it. Tried it out (after cleaning it), and so far so good! Many thanks Manager!

Nice little store well located in Lemington Spa. Staff advised with the loyalty card that I could save money on my purchase, so set it up for me and saved straight away.

What a super shop and staff ! Bought many things from here in the past and no problems, however when my son bought me a blender for Christmas which broke on the 2nd use, I was concerned as I’d thrown the box away and didn’t have any receipt or proof of purchase. They exchanged it without fuss and this is company customer...
