Appalling service when asking about savings account. Told to go home an do it online by a gentleman just leaning on the counter. I am not very computer literate so this was an issue to me. Left an went to the Coventry building society opened an account they couldn't do enough for me.

The most helpful and friendly bank staff ever! Nothing is too much trouble.\\nThe last time i was there, I left my bank card in their machine inside and a member of staff actually chased after me and handed it back ! Much appreciated, thank you.
