Very poor service. They allowed me to buy a battery for my specific model and make an appointment for fitting but, when I got there, they told me that they couldn't programme the battery for that car. I had a waisted journey so I won't try that again.

It’s taken more than 2 months to get a couple of order parts into the store, and I’ve had no active communication from them. The original order for the parts was cancelled just before they were due in, 6 weeks after I placed the order, and 3 weeks after that the new order has still not arrived.
