Shame on such a big franchise and have so bad workers, they was nice not rude just i don't understand how can i pay 4£ for a coffee and in return i have only half cup of coffee,shame on this people,like this the client doesn't comeback ?????

Handed me a coffee without the lid secured. Coffee spilled all over myself and my car. I'll need to take the seats out to fully clean the coffee out of my carpets.
