“After reading recent reviews prior to a visit to this branch I was not looking forward to going. Yet to my surprise the Experience I had was Amazing, Lauren on customer service desk went above & beyond was extremely Polite Helpful & Patient with me, she explained clearly to the young lad (who she was training) & myself exactly what form was needed, which was over 20 pages long printed off the form, explained what I had to fill in. some weeks later I returned again Lauren went through & checked that the information I provided was correct & would be sent internally.So going back to those reviews I have Nothing Negative to say about my Experience only A Hugh Thank You To Lauren.”
