Usually love this shop and get all my bras from here, but spent £40 on a vibrator which was burning my hand to use, and was told I could return last week but brought in today and was told they wouldn’t take it even though I’d barely used it, cleaned it, had a receipt and was told I could. Absoutley loved being served by Caroline, I don't often have bra fittings, but she makes you feel so at ease that you feel comfortable with her, very chatty and very attentive and will do anything to help! Love her! We where also looked after by Venus and made one of my daughter also feel at ease! They make a great team!... read full comment
