Sometimes service here is good but last time it was really bad. I was served by a bloke who barely spoke English and couldn't process my Yodel parcel. I'm not sure whether the printer wasn't working or whether this is no longer a drop-off point. It's all very confusing. The shop is also not accessible for disabled people... read full comment
