When shopping I realised my recently bought glasses were missing a lens. In a busy store it proved impossible to locate the lost lens. On inquiring at your store I was told it would be necessary to buy a complete new pair as I require reactalite lenses. My optition did an amazing job sorting out my eye test & new glasses making sure to ket me know how much my prescription had changed. Being told I'd got further eye problems he made me feel at ease and spoke to me at length about what's to come. Guys downstairs were great helping me choose my new frames sizes etc. Brilliant... read full comment
