Soo rude "man" , I was today with my 2 years old daughter in my arms and he was raising his voice to me because I've asked to correct the cashiers mistake when I wanted to put money on my gas meter. And yes, they didn't try to correct and I've lost £67 .Shame on you!!!Never again I'll go there.Hope you will lose more...

Truly the rudest, most unhelpful staff I have ever had the misfortune to come across. No customer service skills, grumpy and downright obnoxious. I won’t use them again…
