“Such helpful and friendly staff, performing very well given the current climate. Excellent queue handling by a friendly young lady who helped me use the the cash machines to pay my money in so I didn't stand waiting too long. The staff cleaned the cash machines as often as they could between customers so imagine they're doing just that inside as well which filled me with confidence as it was my first time out in a number of weeks. They are clearly working very hard.”

“Love this place. Took our 7 and 11 year old girls and they loved it too. Very covid safe also. We picked an early slot and managed to see the chimps and gorillas with out any crowding or trying to nudge past people. Good food outlets too. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable too...updated now my girls are 10 and 14 l, they still have a great time here”
