Shop there a lot, NEVER had a problem at all. I agree CUSTOMERS leave trolleys EVERYWHERE, but the store AND its staff have ALWAYS been FANTASTIC to me.
I spoke to a deputy manager yhe other day, ref work, he was undeniably the best a store or company, could wish for! He was REALLY helpful and POLITE...true 5star service.

Just come home from trying to shop in tesco, Ystrad Mynach. Was having trouble with my tesco club card on self serve. As I was trying to sort it the screen asked if I needed more time, where a young lady came up and swiped her card to allow more time. Didn't bother to ask if I needed any help.
