After giving a 5 star review have dropped it to a 1 star. Aftersales has been appalling. A catalogue of errors and damage resulting in another 12 week wait for a total replacement. Bought a layZboy sofa from Wrexham, assured it was excellent quality. The foot board on the recliner snapped within a couple months.
