Customer service at Strathmore chemist is shocking. I appreciate they are busy but every month there is an error and I need to return to sort out my repeat presciption. Staff are stretched to the limit and need more staff to manage the amount of prescriptions they are having to deal with. I myself now use other pharmacies to collect my prescriptions as half hour waits are just not feasible
