Until today service has always been excellent but when our regular newspapers didn’t arrive I went to the shop only to find that it was closed for refurbishment but no notice was given to those of us who call in infrequently but rely on the daily paper. This is the fourth time this has happened with a large sum of money. This time 200 I draw it out it makes a lot of noise and then says system offline! Then revolut don't return it for months it's bang out of order and worst customer service I've ever experienced

Let others two times slide but this is the third time now ive walked as dont drive(with a twisted ankle may i add) to this shop an its closed early yet again, sign says closes 6pm yet at 5.53 its closed, need more staff to cover there as its going down hill fast,
