    Visited today on the off chance that my teenage daughter could open an account, the manager was so helpful and even though they were very busy she said she would fit us in no problem.     My daughter visited the bank at 11.00 today to pay in the money and it was counted wrongly, when questioned the amount the dark haired lady consultant corrected it very quickly(she looked info the drawer and quickly corrected the amount).Never heard the word 'sorry'.After 17 years I will be looking i into changing the bank... read full comment
