Very poor service,waited for 15 min in queue, only to be told can’t send my parcel until other counter opens in 30 min,and also wouldn’t except wining £5 scratch card as machine was down “again” when it worked earlier when they sold a lottery ticket

If I could I would rate it 0 stars. Very unpleasant woman was making fuss and problems about everything... even very surprised when I handed her a letter I wanted to send... Is this a post office?! Sooo rude! Avoid it if you can!

Wanted to renew a passport, called up days ago and was told I could pop in saturday. Come here only to be told they don't do it on saturdays ? complete waste of time.
