Ordered meal at 5 30 pm and still waiting for food at 7 pm not for a first order will not use again

Have always picked up a Takeaway whenever in the area, but the food that is being served at the moment is fantastic? so good I’m now travelling from the tonypandy area to collect?? the guys at the shop are so friendly it’s just a added plus?
