I fully understand how difficult it is during these trying times but some staff members do allow the small amount of power to go to their head just a little. Is it to much to ask not to be treated like cattle when trying to arrange for some bills to be paid?The bank itself is very neat and tidy, very modern looking as well....

Understaffed, impersonal and only seem to be able to deal with basic issues. Typical of NatWest, I have been a customer of NatWest for 38 years and they have no idea of customer loyalty.
