Not very happy with the 'threatening' worded letters currently doing the rounds, demanding the parents of children who have child isa's, rush down to their local branch with current Id document's (which were produced when accounts were set up ) To verify or risk having their accounts suspended.What's that all about.Some...

Went down Sunday morning to pay cash into my account using the atm.....the option to do that, on the machine, was conveniently greyed out, leaving me no option other than to walk home, hoping I wouldn't get mugged!!EDIT: SUCH A SHAME THESE DAYS, A COPY AND PASTED DISENGENEOUS REPLY
