I went into the Gorseinon Branch with my elderly mum today and was very impressed by the service we received from a lady named Angela . She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and is a credit to the bank.

Staff are always helpful and polite. Queues are epic. I've never been able to nip in and do things quickly. Generally the post office is much smoother. This branch needs a clean and redecoration.
